We joined forces with the Manning Valley Animal Rescue organisation to organize a free desexing day for the Bushland area of Taree; there are a large proportion of intact cats present there and we pledged to desex 50 cats for free; our suppliers sponsored the consumables and all staff of both organizations donated their time to come in on the 31 August 2008 to neuter 22female cats; 34male cats and 3 male dogs. It was a huge success with everyone involved feeling the worth of their contribution.
